Refund and returns policy
We will handle claims and refund money exclusively at the meeting in Postojna, if necessary, in combination with photos of damages or stains.
If you receive clothing in an incorrect size, whether due to your mistake or ours, we will exchange the item for you. We do not want you to send the clothing backβplease bring it to the meeting in Postojna.
If you have received a dirty or damaged garment (or any other damaged product), please send us a photo of the defect/dirt immediately so we can take it into account for an exchange or refund at the Postojna meeting (mail: shop@2cv2025.si).
If you wish to receive a replacement item (in the correct size) before the meeting, please place a new order. Once you bring us the original item, we will refund your purchase.
In the spirit of good friendship, we trust that any clothing you intend to return or exchange will not be worn and will be brought to Postojna unused, clean, and undamaged, so we can exchange it for a larger or smaller size. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund.
