Terms of service

When registering, the participant (driver of the car) pays the registration fee, which provides them and fellow travellers for the duration of the event (29.7.-3.8.): a place to set up a tent, a camping table and chairs and to park the car, as well as free use of the toilets in the camp area (temporary tent site), intended only for the meeting participants. There will also be free phone-charging stations. The registration fee also includes the entrance fee for the main event space, where the event tent will be, as well as food and drink stalls, the flea market, and all the organized meeting events.

The entrance to the camp will be available on the 29^th of July at 10:00 AM, and the last possibility for exiting the venue will be no later than the 4^th of August until 12:00, mid-day.

Upon payment of the registration fee, the participant receives a confirmation of payment via e-mail, and receives a ticket for the meeting a few months before the start of the meeting (probably in May 2025). Before that, the applicant will be asked to fill in information about the passengers and the car. The participant will show the ticket with the QR code upon the arrival to the meeting in physical form (printed) or on an electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop).

The registered participant has the right to cancel their participation in the meeting (without providing a reason) and request a refund of the registration fee, but only until June 10^th 2025. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded, as infrastructure costs for the expected number of participants will already have been covered. In case of cancellation, the Slovenian Citroen Club has the right to refund the administrative costs of the cancellation (5% of the registration fee paid). Cancellation is communicated by e-mail to the address registration@2cv2025.si.

The meeting will take place in any case, this means: in case of bad weather the registration fee cannot be refunded.

The meeting will be adequately insured, this means: in the case of damage due to natural forces (storm, strong wind), you can contact the organizer to arrange the documentation for compensation of the damage.

Please also note the following:

• Each participant is prohibited from bringing prohibited items, such as weapons, dangerous and illegal substances to the venue, and is aware that they may be subject to a check at the entry for possession of said items.
• Participants voluntarily assume all the risks and perils associated with the event, whether occurring before, during or after the actual event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Ticket buyers under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets on our website. By registering via the online form, the participant confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that they understand and accept these terms of use.
• Any complaints related to the event will be addressed and dealt with by the club.

What personal data do we collect and why?

We only collect data that is necessary for the high quality of organization of the meeting, for communication with the participants, and data that is imposed on us by law (which we, as the organizers of the international meeting, are obliged to pass on to the authorities).

We obtain data:

• upon your registration for the meeting and raid (name, surname, e-mail address, address, country, type of car),
• when you provide information about the vehicle and passengers (name, surname, year of birth, car registration number),
• when registering as a volunteer at the event (name, surname, year of birth, e-mail address, address, phone number, country, type of car),
• when signing up for news about the meeting (e-mail address)

We will not use the collected data for marketing purposes. Until the start of the meeting, we will inform already registered participants and those registered for newsletter about the location and the program of the meeting, as well as a description of the Vipava region and Slovenia, by e-mail no more than once a month.

Access to personal data is granted only to persons within the organizational committee of the meeting, who have the authority to process personal data.

The Citroen Club of Slovenia will not pass on personal data to third parties, except to competent authorities defined by legislation.

The Slovenian Citroen Club stores the personal data of the registered participants in the database of the MeetPoint online application (privacy policy), payment of the registration fee takes place through the Stripe (privacy policy). E-mail addresses (without personal data) are also stored in the MailPoet e-mail service (policy privacy).

The user assumes responsibility for the authenticity of personal data and contact information and at the same time confirms that they were aware of the fact that they have the right to unsubscribe, view, delete (and forget), to correct, enforce portability of personal data, and to enforce processing restrictions.

The possibility of deletion does not apply to data that we need to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes. Send the request to correct your data and other requests by e-mail to: registration@2cv2025.si.

We will keep personal data only for as long as necessary, and we will delete it at the latest six months after the end of the meeting. In the case of cancellation of participation before the meeting, all data will be immediately deleted from the database. After the retention period has expired, personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, so that they lose the character of personal data. We keep data on issued invoices for 10 years from the date of issue.

Comments on the website

When a visitor posts a comment on the website, data is recorded in order to help detect unwanted messages if necessary. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so that we can automatically recognize and approve further comments.
